Hey there! Welcome to my blog! here you will find fun, stories, humor and the like. I am a Christ following gal who writes stories, laughs, makes people laugh, makes myself laugh, and wants to share the light of Christ’s love with you! Did I mention I laugh? A lot?
(My apologies for the ads on this blog. They are not mine, I do not get to choose them, so I am sorry. They aren’t exactly classy, are they?)
About the Author
Bree Pembrook is the alias of a teenaged, plot-bunny-farming hobbit living in an undisclosed place circa Districts 7, 3, and 1, who writes in just about every genre there is. She sports a long list of unusual things she’s done in the name of writing research, spouts off random facts about random things at random times, and still holds out hope that there are dragons and Narnia wardrobes. She has an irrational fear of heights, but isn’t afraid to defend her faith in Jesus Christ. She hoards books and chocolate like a dragon hoards gold and jewels. Follow her crazy antics at laughsandliterature.wordpress.com (that’s here!)

Hey there! I’m new to your blog, but I’m loving it already. 😀
I do wish I knew my ancestors’ history like you do yours. That’s a blessing for sure! Also, your blog’s banner is beautiful! How did you make it?
May God bless you! ❤

Hey Bree! I found your blog, through Mrs. M’s blog. You’re blog is so much fun to read! I’ve never seen a horse do a blog before. Are all horses this talented?
Also do you have a contact form?

Hey there! *bows* Methinks I’m the first horse to venture to these lengths, but the others are quite creative! Alas, I do not have a contact form.

That is very cool!! Is it hard to blog being a horse? Ok. I was going to use the contact form to bring to your attention a comment I thought should be removed. It is the first comment on your newest book review post. I feel that it is very inappropriate, especially for younger readers. Would you mind removing it please? Thank you!

Yes, typing is especially hard. oh boy…. that comment may or may not have been my… dad… Naturally he’s joking. He’s always joking. but I’ll remove it. I never see his comments since his don’t require approval. Thanks for telling me! (PAPA! *scowls*)

Was checking out the blog, do you have to have a password to get in the ‘phone wallpapers’ tab?
and how do you count how many followers you have? Or do you just count them?
How can you put a thing like, ‘Join 22(or however many you have) other followers’ when you follow? Like Mrs Marlow has on her blog!
Sorry for all the questions! thank you! 🙂

Yes, I do have a password for it. 🙂
My stats tell me how many, email and wordpress.
I have no idea, really… It may do it automatically.
No problem Sara!

Hey, Sara! I know this is an old comment, but if you’re still having trouble with the subscriber bar counting subscribers, there is an option when you add the block to a page or post. You have to open the sidebar and check the block settings. There’s a toggle feature where you can choose whether or not it shows subscriber count or not. 🙂 Hopefully it’s not an issue anymore! ❤
@Bree, how do I get the password? I'm subscribed, but I don't ever see the password show up in emails or anything.

The phone wallpapers page… Oh. I think I deleted it. It had been a prize for a giveaway ages ago. The winner got the code so they could access their prize. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

Oh goodness, I love your blog already, Bree!!!!
I also LOVE your timeline!
Oh, gracious, I never introduced myself. I am Anna Lane, but please call me whatever you’d like (Anna, Sweet Potato.. which is a crazy story for another time). I FINALLY found your blog after weeks of frustration, but I DO remember you from November’s KDWC, and was TRYING to find your blog! Btw, I love your name! I may or may not be a Narnia fan, so Bree rings a bell XD

Gasp, a fellow Bree? Gasp, a Christian too? Gasp, who loves literature? GASP! WHO LOVES TO MAKE PEOPLE LAUGH?!
Hi, Bree! I’m Breanna, called Bree by whoever is too lazy to say a 3-syllable name. Crazy how we’re so similar. Sadly, I’m an alien—not a horse—but I eat like one, if that counts. Pleased to meet ya!
To break the ice for the Icelandic pony you are (that was a pathetic attempt at a joke, just so you know), allow me to ask: If you were given a choice, would you go into the past and meet your ancestors or go into the future and meet your great-great-grandchildren?

Yep! Bree’s technically my pen name, but I’ve gotten quite used to it. It’s like my alter-ego now. Hey Bree II! Oh dear, are you the one that abducted my cow friend?
I would meet ancestors: Specifically the Breewhinnyhinnyhoo I was named after.
How about you?

Ah, I see. The wonders of the internet, if you will. I-I may or may not be…But I’m a friendly alien for the most part.
Fascinating answer! It must be cool to be named after someone. Almost like continuing a legacy, maybe?
I would meet my great-great-grandchildren. I would love to encourage them. Being a light in a dark world is hard work! (I could ask them about how the new tech works too. Hehe.) My ancestors live on in the hearts and stories of my parents, though, and I greatly appreciate them.
